HOW TO REGISTER

Please fill in the following form to register for an upcoming Smoke School Class. Cost for field Certification only = $150 Classroom and Field Certification = $175 All attendees must be registered by Noon the day before the Training Event A late Registration fee of $50 will be added to each individual who is not registered by this time

If you have an outstanding balance with AZ Smoke School, the balance must be paid off prior to being registered for an upcoming smoke school class.
